Stay away! This lawn company costs an arm and a leg, and they have almost entirely killed me lawn. But dont even bother complaining because they will just BLAME YOU, THE CUSTOMER! Never have I been treated with such disrespect, even the owner will talk down to you like you are a child. If you want a healthy, strong lawn then stay as far away from this place as you can!

This company sent inexperienced technicians to treat my lawn and after a year I never had a healthy green or weed-free lawn. When I called for service, I was charged extra. When I complained that the specialized treatments did not work, the manager only agreed to cancel my service agreement and return my prepayment. I do not feel that this company cares if you are happy with their service.
My experience with Lawn Doctor has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Heres why:Last year, Lawn Doctor performed seeding on my property, but they did a poor job. There were numerous bare spots where no lawn grew. After bringing this issue to their attention, they promised to either refund me or redo the service this year. As a professional lawn service I've been very pleased with Lawn Doctor. In many neighborhoods we work in our Lawn Doctor lawns are the best looking lawns.
I had a very bad experience with the Lawn Doctor of Dover-Middletown I was given a sales pitch before I signed up telling me that Lawn Doctor was more expensive than other companies but that's because they use quality material. Well, that quality material gave me weeds all summer long. Called the company to complain and nothing changed. Weeds, weeds, and more weeds. Headquarters could even do anything because these companies are all owned and operated separately.
