Completely unprofessional. I have tried for over a year to resolve a billing issue and when they finally get back to me 13 months later… instead of resolving this with me directly, I was sent to collections. If you're thinking of using lawn doctor.. don't..I usually don't post anything bad. However, here is a before lawn doc picture and an after picture. I used Tice lawn care and it was sold to lawn doctor, so I didn't contract them. Once they took over, they were found to be treating my neighbors lawn. I called them to alert them they were treating the wrong property. They admittedly said they may have treated the wrong yard a couple of times.
