Had lawn doctor for two years. My house was new construction with sod and both years they fertilized in very hot temperatures and burnt my lawn leaving big grassless patches both years and doing nothing to fix it. This year they fertilized newer sod when it was 95 degrees out. When calling to get the issue fixed they sent someone out who gave the same excuses as last year and tried selling me on an additional treatment. Very poor customer service and never had a resolution to fix what they ruined.
I only used them for about a half summer. Two times they left my gate open after treating my back yard. I caught it the first time, but not the second and my dog got out. luckily a neighbor of mine found him down the road and brought him back to me. I called the office to tell them about this and did not get a call back. I called again 2 days later and demanded a refund for my remaining services since I prepaid for the year, which they did give me. I think their customer service could be a lot better.

No crabgrass, only 2 dandelions in 15000 sq ft. My grass has never been so thick and cushy. The guys who have come and serviced our lawn are so respectful, it’s refreshing. Thank you!
I have been using their Yard Armour service for a few years to fight mosquitoes and other flying insects and it is a very good service. I can sit on my deck after work and into early evening and bugs are not a bother. The treatments normally lasts what they tell you unless there is a lot of rain. I will continue to use this service into the future.
We have used them for many years. Neighbors compliment us on how beautiful our green and weed-free lawn is.

I have been using Lawn Doctor's services for several years now and am impressed with their customer service as well as the results from their line of lawn care products. I especially appreciate their "call ahead" option to ensure that my gates are unlocked and the yard is picked up prior to the technician's arrival.
