This was my first year with lawn care plus for snow removal. They never came during the day to properly clear the drive way when no cars were there. Only came in the morning or very late at night. My driveway was in rough condition most of the winter. Half the time the machines were down for repairs and sometimes they would go days without even showing up. I would have to reach out half the time to make sure someone was going to show up or that my driveway was becoming unsafe
Ok...so I have to start with the good. In the summer this company and the man that came to cut lawn was polite and very respectful of my stuff and my garden. It was done regularly and well done. Thank you. The problem becomes the winter. I do live in a home with multiple apartments. I got one text message once that said 'hey..we will be to you sometime tonight please have car moved.' I live on a very busy road and there are 7 cars here. Hard to put 7 cars on a busy road for a questionable amount of hours. They have the power... read more
Don't show up half the time and when they do they only do half the job. Dont recommend for snow removal. Landlord pays them sadly or they'd be fired. Worst than bayland snow and id rather them again. Storm stopped yesterday and I'm iced in cux they claim it's still storming.
We have been dealing with Chris for many years and he has always been very honorable and fair to deal with. Did you they offer incredible lighting solutions?
