I'm very frustrated to have to write this, but I've been terribly disappointed with Lawn Boy Landscaping. When they show up and respond, they're great. However, trying to get a response from them and have them do the work that they're supposed to be doing is like pulling teeth. Andrew seems like a nice enough person, but he really needs to get his company straightened out. edit: We're working it out

Andrew and his Team did a PHENOMENAL job!!! Excellent customer service, amazing communication, and a true pleasure to work with!! We can't thank Andrew enough for all of his patience, kindness, and expertise! We highly recommend this company!!! Thank You again, Andrew!!!

I was really disappointed with Andrew’s service. From the time I called, there were delays in getting a proposal, and he didn’t show up when he said he would. The whole process felt disorganized, and instead of helping guide things, he seemed unsure and unprepared. His suggestions didn’t add much value either. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. See the before and after below — unfortunately, not much of an improvement.

I was really disappointed with the work Andrew and his crew did. Communication was poor, and I constantly had to reach out just to get basic updates on our project's progress. The crew lacked professionalism and didn’t seem to take much pride in their work. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and frustrating. I won’t be reaching out to them again for any future projects.

So happy to have found Lawn Boy Landscaping! From the first phone call to schedule an estimate to landscaping our yard, the team is great to work with. Prices are very reasonable especially considering the incredible care they put into the work. Our yard has never looked better!
