Appointment ran too long by one hour. Too many patients at one time.
I'm going to preface by that I typically don't write a lot of reviews, but I felt like some of the previous negative reviews for this location were not accurate in my opinion. Like many people, I do not typically enjoy or look forward to any dental work at all, so being told I needed to see a specialist for a root canal because my roots curve, was a little worrisome. The team at Dr. Lawley’s office are so kind and helpful! I was very nervous but Dr. Lawley made me feel comfortable and got me in and out with a plan to help my tooth. I recommend this office! Staff is empathetic and Amberly was so helpful with scheduling and working with my insurance.
I would highly recommend Lawley’s office. They made me feel at ease for my first root canal. Everyone was very kind and I felt like I was in great hands during the procedure!
Tori at the front desk was amazing to talk with and learn Faith, the dental assistant. Was tremendously kind and helpful. Dr. Lawley was amazing to work with. It was my wife's first root canal. She was terrified going in and now she doesn't understand what the big deal is. She said he did wonderful and will be happy to go back if we ever need another. Overall a great experience.
