Terrible customer service. Rather than saying You’ll get back to Me and never do, I rather you tell Me You can’t help Me. The “salesman” That “helped” us was very careless and unhelpful.
We bought several vehicles with Lawleys. The last time we tried to do business with them we were put in a corner and ignored for 2 hours. The manager at Lawley Chevy think they are really something sitting on their pedestals. My husband had to corner the salesman, who we have bought 6 automobiles with, to be told they are looking into it and basically shoved out the door.
