Excellent service. The sales professional Lorenzo Thomas was extremely knowledgeable about the type of car that I was interested in and he was so patient and helpful. Made a 1pm appointment, arrived at 1245. My truck is still sitting. I asked what was taking so long. They said the truck before me was finishing up now (15 minutes ago) still waiting. My truck hasn't moved in over an hour now. An appointment takes 1 1/2 hours according to their dept head, so 15 minute oil change? They came highly recommended.....nope no not coming back here again
Lorenzo was personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. He bent over backwards to help us with our vehicle purchase which involved transferring a vehicle with Arizona registration to a California registration. He stuck with us all the way through the end of the process, which took close to three months. Lorenzo is the best, hands down. My wife and I consider ourselves lucky to have done business with him.
