Terrible. I left my car early in the morning for a recall and they simply never took the car to the service. When I went to pick it up by the end of the day, they simply said they couldn't service my car. Why do they have scheduled it in the first place? It feels like because it was a recall they opted to prioritize other cars with a paid service.
Disappointing. Had my car for 8 hours and never looked at it. Also, didn’t even perform the oil change it was brought in for.
I found this dealer through good reviews on Google. Being honest here as I’d hate for someone else to be misguided. The people are nice, service good, but the prices are insane. 120 for an oil change, 850 for a thermostat. Will be finding a good local mechanic going forward.

Disappointed to find oily handprints on my hood, door handle, and on the interior of my vehicle after an oil change. Fingerprints and excessive smudges on the interior of my windshield from putting on an inspection sticker as well. Dealerships used to make sure your vehicle was spotless when you left.
