My family and I were in financial ruin, my wife and I felt like we about to fall down the rabbit hole. Mr. Ellicott and his staff brought my family and I to a place were we could move forward with our lives. It was difficult but Mr. Ellicott and his staff were professional and kind to us.
I used Mr. Ellicott's office after my husband filed paperwork to try and terminate spousal support after just a few years on a long term marriage (20+ years.) I had no problems with them. They prepared my response and knew the facts of my case when we appeared in front of the Judge. I'm sure most divorce cases are highly emotional. I know mine was, but I was happy with the job Mr. Ellicott's office did.
I hired Mr. Ellicott's office after my ex husband's attorney gave me notice that he was taking me to court the next day for an "emergency" hearing. They were prompt, answered all my questions, and prepared all the forms in a very short amount of time. His associate represented me in court and they won. I thought they did a wonderful job. I would and have reccommended them.
