Communication was poor at best from the lawyer only and waiting and hour after the conversation to bring up hourly rates. Very poor and shady law practice. Also holding the will till paid for after all that was not a very human caring manner of an Estate planner or helper. He sould be ashamed and not so smug. It's all about the money and not the clients lost for him. Also, the only reason I gave a star was because his assistants was top notch professionals.

My case is still on going.I couldn't have picked a better attorney.Win or lose I wouldn't have a bad word to say. Mr Goldberg is a hard working attorney who I would most differently recommend for a probate attorney. His prices are fair. I've personally been impressed.
