I had a very frustrating and concerning experience with Sandra Lopez’s law office. About 7 months ago, I personally provided my son’s birth certificate to the office, and this was done in front of a witness. At the time, I was told they would need time to locate and process it. After not hearing back, I followed up multiple times and was eventually told that they have no record of ever receiving the document. This situation is extremely concerning.
