Although quite cordual and polite, it seemed unorganized dealing with Rono and his office. The documents weren't explained to me until I requested a breakdown of information. I had to look through the paperwork myself thoroughly to ensure there weren't mistakes but sure enough, taxes were miscalculated and billing was incorrect.
