Attorney Klass represented my nephew in a difficult and emotional civil matter. She responded swiftly and professionally. We were extremely pleased and would enthusiastically recommend her and her firm.
Very bad lawyer. It takes her months to reply to phone calls or emails. She draws out her cases in order to milk her clients for every penny they have. She also had to reschedule court dates A LOT. Causing you to spend even more money and time. She always had some excuse, she used her son being sick more than 6 different times. If her child is sick that's awful, but why take on cases if he requires special attention? She's also not a very pleasant person in general. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
Michelle is a highly intelligent lawyer who works very hard for her clients, knows the system very well, and is highly skilled in the courtroom. Perhaps most importantly, she consistently earns and deserves the trust of her clients. I highly recommend her.
Personal injury settlement that took longer than 3 years. Had to be an advocate for myself to force lawyer to negotiate. Lawyer was not the best when it came to communication. I would try to contact her, but wouldn't get a response until I threatened to drop her as a lawyer. Not worth the hassle, especially for the settlement that was received. Overall, will not be using her services again. She didn't make me feel like my case was a priority.
