Unlike Sandy M's experience, my daughter had a horrible encouter with Michael Niznik representing her in an auto fraud case. Despite her continued efforts to call him, none of her calls were returned. Also, she relentlessy e-mailed and faxed his office more than twenty times all of which went unanswered.
