Honestly, I don’t know how this place has more than 2 stars.
Experiencing a lawsuit filed against me by Attorney Kim Jong-yoon has given me much to think about. Of course, the rights of people with disabilities should be protected, but I was working hard running a small business when I was sued by Attorney Kim, which left me bewildered and forced to spend a considerable amount of money. I feel disillusioned with some lawyers who instigate lawsuits against the disabled, and honestly, I find myself wondering if they became lawyers just to file these kinds of lawsuits.
I called this law office to ask about a potential labor law claim. After asking how much I make and how many overtime hours I worked, I was told that no further details could be discussed unless I paid a fee, and the call was ended abruptly. I understand consultations may require payment, but the manner in which the call was handled felt dismissive and unprofessional. I would have appreciated a clearer explanation upfront.
I was in a difficult and difficult process. It was harder for me because I was not fluent in English, but he was good at English and Korean, so he helped me well. My case was rejected. He contacted me again today and reminded me again. Thanks to a competent lawyer. Thank you so much!!^^ -G
