My involvement with Hope Lefeber began well, but transitioned into an overall disappointing experience. Initially, Hope was very responsive and advised me on what to expect and how to prepare for multiple proffers as well as arraignment. However, after the arraignment, a shift occurred in the communication, responsiveness, and preparation.
