I paid for a consultation for me and my wife over a denial and RFE, through the talk he wouldn't give me advice on what my best options were he just said its my choice. My thoughts were the I-290B but he didnt advise me that 90% of them get denied anyways, he just gave me a price of 4300 for the I-290b and the I-130 rfe on a friday. Monday i emailed back to say I was able to come up with that price and the receptionist wrote back that the price was 5,500. It went up 1200 dollars in three days.
