Terrible. My car was totaled in a highway accident, and I was unable to drive. I reached out to Mr. Shaunesseys office because it was within a walking distance. He was never in the office, and his secretary repeatedly asked me to drive to a different location. I ended up settling with the other party’s insurance company myself. Extremely inexcusable. Highly unrecommended.
