I chose not to hire David Sheldon after a very negative initial experience. He repeatedly rescheduled, didn’t review the materials I sent, and kept pushing for a retainer despite not doing the basic work upfront. The whole interaction came across as rushed and money‑driven, not client‑focused. Based on my experience, I would not recommend him.
David represented me during the medical board process. As a physician, separation is an uphill battle even when clearly medically indicated, which it was in my case. When the process turned contentious (bordering on malicious) seeking my retention, David & Jim stepped up big time, devised a comprehensive defense plan, brought in their network of expert consultants and were able to secure an honorable medical retirement.
