There are some things I like about Carlo. Hes nice, talkative, tries to give good advice. But coming on a year after my divorce, I realise he did a rather sloppy job about some aspects of my divorce. Other then insuring custody, he seemed to not be focused on some of the points I was. He spent a great deal of time discussing the timing of when I would a get a new mortgage but didnt address at all how the old escrow account would be split when I got a new mortgage, and he didnt address mortgage interest spliting for the time ... read more
