I've used a lot of title companies in the past + this is one of my worst experiences. They waited until the last minute to check the title, then couldn't say how liens it had ( this is after they pulled it), they thought 3 or 4 instead of the correct answer of 2, they got my address wrong because they did not verify, got the amount wrong then wanted a release signed before they would release funds on a loan. Their communication was poor + they said I requested a notary, which I certainly did not
