Paid $3400 paralegal Dawn took our intake. The intervention that Dawn drafted up was filed but Mr. Scales didn’t know if it had been filed when asked by opposing counsel. Mr. Scales when he showed up to court 5 min before court started hadn’t even read our file and didn’t know anything about the case and mounted no defense against custody being given to the other party. He didn’t even put anyone on the stand on our behave and against the other party. DO NOT USE!!!!
This attorney is a outstanding individual. He knows what needs to be done, gets it done and always stands behind his clients. Never beats around the bush, and is truly honest with his clients. I know this because Mr. Scales represented me at one time. If you have a legal issue i believe he is the "ONE" to go to.
