I was rear ended at a stoplight October 29, 2015. I ended up with a back surgery and bulging discs in my neck. I covered the medical expenses and deductibles through my private insurance. My mistake. Just called. The receptionist answered with "Law office." I had a question regarding the the organizations that share the same building as the law office. She responded with, "I don't know, this is the law office" then proceeded to hang up while I was speaking. Yes, the information I was requesting is not relevant to the law office, but as the receptionist I'd give the way she handled that a zero for professionalism and courtesy.

I tell you more when we win(2020) Fast forward to 2022 and we won it took a while but i ask u to be patient with them. What i love the most is they cared about my well-being. more than the cash i love that the most. If u are in any accident call Scott Richard {keep in mind every case is different some are shorter cases, other cases can take longer.
