I just spoke to Mr. Rillos and attempted to explain to him multiple times that my brother willingly placed an in car breathalyzer in his vehicle years ago to prevent him from getting a DUI. He repeatedly attempted to explain that that could not be the case and I must be incorrect. After the fourth time of assuring him that was the case and arguing with him, I finally hung up. Although I'm sure he felt like he was just doing his job, he needs to work on his listening and client relations skills.
