I personally wouldn't use him again because of the lack of communication, but he did write a letter so my foreclosure was delayed for 6 years. Hey the guy doesn't care what or who you are but will help you for money. I keep forgetting he is an old school grad and works with real estate, so if you have paperwork just print it out before you get there because I did not and now I have to go back with 40 sheets of statements.
