Mr. Rosiak was very amazing. He was able to help me successfully evict a squatter out of my home. Him and his team helped me every step of the way and promptly answered any questions I had

Mr. Rosiak was GREAT. He took care of my case quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use his law office again.
I personally wouldn't use him again because of the lack of communication, but he did write a letter so my foreclosure was delayed for 6 years. I am in the process of resolving this with the new management company, hopefully. I wish it did work out, but if you are in limited funds, try legal aid first.
