I personally wouldn't use him again because of the lack of communication, but he did write a letter so my foreclosure was delayed for 6 years. I am in the process of resolving this with the new management company, hopefully. I wish it did work out, but if you are in limited funds, try legal aid first.

Hey the guy doesn't care what or who you are but will help you for money. I keep forgetting he is an old school grad and works with real estate, so if you have paperwork just print it out before you get there because I did not and now I have to go back with 40 sheets of statements. The guy takes a retainer but lets his paralegal handle the case, but absolutely will do the minimum required. I call him but the man ghosts me and has been over a year.
