I used her for my divorce. It was contested. It dragged on for more than a year. During this time I lost my job due to my ex spouse's harassment. You can imagine how tight my budget was. When I arrived for my first appointment, the office was locked and dark. I waited for 15 minutes, but no one ever showed up. No one called to notify me our appointment would be canceled. I wasted my time and gas, and missed work to make the appointment. This is unbelievably unprofessional behavior from someone who should definitely know better.
