EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL Scheduled an appointment on the 6th of September 9am with Ms Rachel Bonano 2 weeks prior. We had to confirm at least 2 times that we are coming, last minute, one hour before, at 8am, the assistant called started to speak in Spanish to us (which we don’t even speak) saying we have to reschedule for another day.
