Michael Baumer is smart. I knew it when we first met with him and was assured of it when we met with the trustee. Being smart and having a well organized (and smart) staff must be the key to a smooth and painless bankruptcy, because that is what the experience was like for me. Filing Bankrupcy was the LAST thing I ever wanted to do, as I'm sure is the same for others. I was reffered by a friend to the Michael Baumer office.I was desprate and being sued by a credit card company. I e-mailed the firm and within 1/2 hour had a response and the next day appt. My wife and I went to the Baumer Law office when our mortgage company attempted to foreclose on us 4 years ago. The day we had to appear before the judge and trustee it became very clear that having a great attorney who was well prepared got the process off to a good start.
