Now, it could be just that the Ashe county courts are super biased towards the mom (which I'm not surprised), but as a responsible father myself, know that you will lose with Jason Sorel as he won't fight for you as a father. I strongly advise against hiring Jason Sorel as your attorney. He was consistently unresponsive—failing to notify me of court cancellations, continuations, or even my own motion dates. Despite repeated requests, I didn’t receive signed orders until six weeks after they were finalized. During mediation, he verbally assured me VA disability funds for my children would be included in support—then never added it to the order and couldn’t amend it later. Absolutely phenomenal. From Justin to Jennifer, and the entire staff; these people know the law, and represent you in such a professional and respectful manner.
