John Nix was fair & just with us I would recommend him.
Horrible! Doesn’t return call, or emails, or asks a question and for every emailed response they charge you for! Doesn’t inform you if your case is a conflict of interest or that he works closely with your ex’s attorney! For an attorney to tell a single mom that you don’t need child support, because your child is 17 and has a part time job, he should be saying would you like fries with that because he is NO family law divorce attorney!!!breach of confidentiality and contract once he was fired as council!! I have never retained Mr Nix, however I did sit in on a case he was trying as a potential character witness, and will say he did an amazing job! He was very thorough, prepared and methodical. I have since recommended him to several people and would highly recommend him. He is an attorney I would retain if I needed representation.
John Nix was successful in helping my son with a legal issue. He was professional and provided much needed communication concerning the case. We highly recommend John for any legal issues you may incur.
Make sure you ask for your rate upfront. Paid $3,500 and only filed a suit. Immediately asked to withdraw counsel and get my money back and they charged me over $2000 for 1 filed suit, 2 emails and a phone call. Walked in to get my check and the place was run down, lawyer and receptionist were in street clothes eating greasy lunch which dripped on my refund check. Can’t imagine having them represent me in a court of law. 0/10 recommend.
