I worked with John Edward Jones recently concerning the care my late husband received from Advent Health Altamonte Hospice at home during his last days. Unfortunately, Advent Health Hospice didn’t deactivate my husband’s Pacemaker/Defibrillator or include the equipment I needed to stop the device from firing and restarting his heart as he tried to pass away.
