I experienced a breach of duty with Jesse Weidaw as my attorney. He is not timely. He would not return an email regarding his breach of duty as to not have it in writing. He either doesn’t know or doesn’t understand the Allegheny court system for filing vs acceptance dates by the court for amount of days a filing takes to be complete. I called the court three times to find out what was next and inform Jesse of what paperwork needed completed and on what date it needed to be filed. Jesse is by far the most competent family lawyer I’ve had in a high conflict custody case. Today we won round 3 of my child’s mother attempting to alienate me. He listened to all my evidence and presented to the judge very well, as well as guiding me with expert advice on how to build my case. Don’t hire him because he is nice, he is not mother goose. Hire him because you want to WIN.
