I could not have been more pleased with the work of Ms. Smith and her paralegal. They were responsive, polite, thorough and patient. I have bought or sold over a dozen residences and this close was flawless. I recommend them without reservation. I am thinking the poor reviews were for a different “Smith” firm.
I left 3 messages at the office and no one ever called me back
Called to see if they prepared a life estate deed and was spoken to very rudely. Was very taken back. Would never recommend them!!!
