If I did get a reply, it was days or even weeks later of me continuing to follow up. Communication was inconsistent and frustrating. He was also very unorganized. One of the many examples: He once called to tell me the other party accepted 100 percent fault, then later said he was mistaken and that he had confused my case with another client. 5.0 Mr. Glenn is a very attentive lawyer. He makes himself available anytime I have a question and answers my questions in depth and extensively. I can honestly say that he is one of the best lawyers here in Jacksonville FL. If I can give 10 stars I would. I highly recommend using Mr. Glenn if you ever get into a auto wreck. دو
