I had to file chapter 7 bankruptcy due to loss in income. I had a lot of questions that were answered by Mr. Eric and his staff. The process was easy and he was very professional. After the discharge, he followed up with me. I would highly recommend Erik Severino if you have to file bankruptcy.

After meeting with two other bankruptcy attorneys in town I met with Eric and right away was put at ease with everything. He explained the whole process and answered all my questions. I started out filing a Chapter 13 . After some changes in employment situation Eric recommended we file chapter 7. We are now discharged and on our way to better financial health. Bankruptcy is always a stressful thing to have to do, but if you get a good lawyer, it makes it somewhat easier. I found Erik Severino by accident online. I was looking for a good lawyer to represent me and his name was one that popped up. I had a consultation with him and he made me feel at ease. My bankruptcy is now discharged and he made it so simple. I'm glad I used him as my lawyer.
