The most important thing you’ll ever do is to invoke your right to remain silent and call the right attorney immediately. Elaine not only saved the day and put my mind at ease but in the end she saved my life. She was able to get my case dismissed and now I’m back to focusing on living my life again. AWFUL! My friend has her as a court appointed and he has been trying to contact her since October, but yet has gotten an answer. My sister his wife was the victim in the case that was wrongly charged, she tried getting ahold of her as well to modify bond conditions or drop the case. Still didn't answer. Since then, she filed an affidavit of non prosecution, just heard from the DA saying they would offer him a class c misdemeanor with just 2 years probation and modify the bond conditions, that she notified Elaine but he was n... read more
