Deborah Nowell is the BEST Real Estate Attorney. She handled a real estate /estate transaction and caught an error that was made by an attorney that handled my family estate. It was an error that almost caused our (over asking) real estate transaction to go south, but she advocated and resolved our issue quickly with perfection. I've used her for a couple of other personal purchase and sale agreements and have recommended her to several friends without issue. 5/5 stars!
I've been without Verizon internet service for a week because of Deborah Nowell. The plow company she hired to plow 887 Mass Ave severed the fiber feeding my street and then she threatened to have Verizon charged with trespassing when they were trying to fix the damage the plow company she hired caused.
