In any type of litigation the first thing a lawyer makes sure of is conflict of interest. This lawyer failed to perform this most important BASIC process. Enough said. One star is to many for his incompetence.

Terrible communication. Typically would take 2-3 communication attempts and several days before receiving any type of response. The process for obtaining a closing on a deed, for a cash payment, with no title work, took an extraordinarily long time. As a fellow attorney, the level of communication from this law office was very disappointing to say the least. On a positive note, Aimee in this office seems somewhat pleasant and is the sole person, who is apparently tasked with all client communications.

Made an appointment, no one at the office at appt time, door locked, and no one answering phones. No message, no rescheduling. Total waste of my time. I’d give a 0 if I could. I will suggest my company take them off the list of recommended attorneys.

They were the title company on my Philadelphia listing, an order that they never should have accepted with no Philadelphia experience, as I was told toward the end of the transaction (after calling many errors to their attention) that this was their first Philadelphia file. Likely due to an incorrect and significantly lower transfer tax rate being disclosed to the buyer, this deal did not close at the last minute. NEVER returned a single phone call, even for the agent. Took six months to get settlement papers.
