Felt taken advantage of by this business. Was told a consultation was $400 to discuss a basic review of a sale contract - in which the seller failed to disclose open applications for legalization work. Lacher could have told me over the phone that provisions in a sale contract do not survive a closing unless explicitly stated. Instead this gentleman led me to believe he needed to see my documents to really make sure. $400 later I walked out with basic information and no resolution.
