Attentive and effective. Fantastic experience.
I had to email him or his assistant every step of the way. Which I was charged for. It took 5 months to get to court and serve the other party. Simple case but Damon Moore said not a word in my defence and the judge dismissed the case so I had to either drop it or start over. I wasn't allowed to talk because I had a lawyer. He didn't do his research on my case. He is cheaper than most but I paid $2200 for him to stand in court and say nothing.
After I was not able to see or talked to my son. Indiana is a state where it’s women rights. I reached out to Damon Moore. Where I thought I was not going to have my rights. He helped me understand what my options were and how to go about obtaining parental rights / parenting time. He helped me obtain a court order that allowed for a significant amount of quality time with my son, which also helped pressure the other party into coming to an agreement..
