I hired Brock Dawson in July to represent me in a custody case for my twelve year old daughter. I had four witnesses subpoenaed and he sent the subpoenas out with the WRONG date. He was very unprepared. Didn't use all the evidence I had submitted to he. He told me One thing and did another. I would've done better representing myself. We lost the case and my ex had no representation!!! I would not recommend Brock Dawson at all!
The case against me and my husband was built on an illegal search and the police lied on documents. My case should have been dismissed and and his best recommendation was take a plea deal that has subsequently left my husband serving jail time. We had to much proof to have the case dismissed and brock didnt even care. He didnt listen to us and now my very sick husband is dying in jail. Brock done an amazing job with my case. He was easy to keep in contact with and very attentive to my case and found information i didnt even know existed. In the court room he was assertive and very thorough. Im extremely pleased with my outcome.
Working with Brock was a fantastic experience. He is very communicative and works quickly. He gives good, honest advice but isn’t pushy. I would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking legal care and will definitely work with him in the future if need be!
