If you need a lawyer involving landlord tenant cases Brian is the one you want. I had a very unique and challenging case that was abnormal. He took it head on and was very communicative, responsive and professional. We even had a portion of my case that did not pertain to his area of expertise. Instead of giving up he spearheaded the issues and prevailed. He is one of the most professional lawyers I've worked with and I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend him to anyone.
I have this attorney on retainer. He is great! Not too expensive. Very detailed, contracts are made easy to understand. Keeps in touch and gets the job done in a timely manner. I have not worked with him long but so far so good. I have dealt with many attorneys and have 2 other attorneys on retainer at this time and I would recommend him so far.
