I would not recommend this lawyer as a mediator or for any other issue. As other reviews mentioned, he is rude and unprofessional.

Absolutely phenomenal experience, fair price with fantastic results. I was very pleased with Mr. Beardsley and all of his office staff. I was treated fairly and like family and was able to have the outcome I wanted. Couldn't recommend a better attorney to use in any family matter. I've used him for my divorce as well as custody issues and he's always had my back
Staff is nice and accommodating. Brandon can be rude and abrasive, considering we are dealing with delicate family issues. I truly wish I hadn’t picked him as my lawyer but I felt pressured into it because my husband’s (soon to be ex) lawyer and Brandon “work well together”. I shouldn’t have gone against gut.
