Absolutely phenomenal experience, fair price with fantastic results. I was very pleased with Mr. Beardsley and all of his office staff. Staff is nice and accommodating. Brandon can be rude and abrasive, considering we are dealing with delicate family issues. I truly wish I hadn’t picked him as my lawyer but I felt pressured into it because my husband’s (soon to be ex) lawyer and Brandon “work well together”. I shouldn’t have gone against gut. Please save yourself the money and trouble by not retaining this attorney. Do your research there are many other qualified divorce attorneys in the area. Joint martial assets were lost in my case and Mr. Beardsley was noted to be conversing with my ex husband's opposing counsel regularly. When an individual retains a divorce law attorney it is to be advocated for professionally and Mr. Beardsley was anything but professional.
