Was talking to a lawyer for awhile, some breaks inbetween due to my illness. Called and was told that they couldnt represent me because they were booked on the day of my hearing. Not completely sure how the process works, but if they are noted on my appeal as representation, wouldnt they have gotten a notice of the hearing as well? not very happy. Its now Friday and my hearing is Wednesday. I have no time to find a lawyer and have no idea what I'm doing. Also, was told that the judge I have to go infront of is pretty strict ... read more
