I hate to do this. I wish I had a five star experience but I didn’t. I should have listened to the other 1 star reviews… I made an appointment for a manicure, regular polish because I had a tough weekend and wanted to treat myself to a little pampering. It’s a big place and I was greeted immediately which was nice. I was seated for 15 minutes getting my nails done (was supposed to be an hour with paraffin wax, massage and hot towels). I’m not someone who usually leaves negative reviews, but this experience was so bad I have to speak up. I spent $110 on a Gel X set and it’s hands-down the worst set of nails I’ve ever had, I would give this place 0/5 if I could. Within three days, one nail completely slid off.. When I went back to get it fixed, I waited over 40 minutes while multiple walk-ins who arrived after me were taken first and all the employees avoided eye contact. I was very disappointed with my whole experience as well as the salon itself. The walls weren’t finished painted (it needed trimmed on every wall), cleaning supplies were all around, empty water bottles at stations, and workers walking around while eating around customers. My nails were fine but my nail tech didn’t have me wash them so I had nail powder on my fingers mixed with the cuticle oil. As I checked out they didn’t thank me for coming or speak to me at all.
