Terrible experience
Dr. Lavioe is great, and genuinely cares about our children. His office staff have been nothing but awesome and helpful over the past 10 years. He tells you up front before your child is even born, that if you don’t vaccinate your children, then he isn’t the Doctor for you...don’t know why that other reviewer was surprised with his displeasure over them recklessly not vaccinating their children after reading of the dangers of vaccinations on Facebook once.
We have seen Dr. Lavoie for over 11 years and were dropped at the drop of a hat by his office staff. He has recently hired some new people in his office and they are rude and mean.
My two children were kicked out of Dr. Lavoie’s practice because we decided to use our medical freedom and not vaccinate. Dr. Lavoie like many others get huge bonuses for having fully vaccinated patients. If you decide not to vaccinate this is not the place for you. If you vaccinate, do some research for your children’s sake.
Dr. Lavoie and his staff are incredible. The most caring office ever. When they are away they are covered by Dr. Galen, another incredible office. I’m only the Grammy and I have brought my granddaughters there on the occasions when my daughter or SIL can’t. I can’t speak highly enough about this office.
Best pediatrician around. He really knows his stuff. Friendly, personable, amazing staff. Makes you feel at ease by explaining everything thoroughly, and my child loves going there.
Absolutely love going there with my boys, the staff knows them and it's more of a family feel than a doctors office. We've been going for 11 years and would highly recommend him to anyone.
recent visit outcome has not been pleasant due to the nursing staff at the front desk leading up to the doctor. I was displeased with having to call and continuously return for the same issue while being discharged for stating my feelings I was wrongfully accused of yelling at the nurse while my daughter hasn't had a follow up for an infection. I was called many names and I feel the staff has exaggerated on my words because I was respectful to end up being mistreated.
