The leasing agent Diana is new and definitely has an ambition to make a positive impact on this property for residents and new residents. I definitely would trust her with my move in experience seeing how she knows how to look from a perspective of a potential resident. I hope to leave positive feedback soon.
I've had a great experience living at Lavista Crossing. Shannon and Diana are absolutely awesome—very kind, helpful, and always responsive. They make sure maintenance requests are handled quickly, which I really appreciate. Since Shannon joined the team, things have noticeably improved. I’m pretty disappointed how Pegasus management has handled my issue after I have moved out of Lavista Crossing after living there for 4 years. A collection company has reached out to me saying I owe the property after move out when I did not receive a move out inspection nor a balance sheet from the property after moved out. This place has never kept an administration staff members more than a couple months and they never addressed work orders in a timely manner. I would not recommend this property.
