This apartment is a roof over your head and nothing more. It’s filled with bugs and roaches no matter how clean you are. They told me not to use the dishwasher to prevent bugs… that was never the problem. It was the disgustingness of the apartment. The central AC did not work, I filled out a work order. They cut a hole in my ceiling and left it like that for months and never fixed the issue. They only gave me an AC to put in my window for a year and a half. Management is horrendous. Be very careful of lavistacross special move in rate, they will trick you in to their scam and once you move in they will start adding on fee you never know excited and there apartment are run down. Cabin broken water running ,water pipe which they try to fix an never could , mold in the bathroom, stairs way to enter their apartment filthy and nasty and I’m not even living here 3 weeks yet this place is a complete nightmare
