I lived at this apartment community for one year, and choosing not to renew my lease was one of the easiest decisions I’ve ever made. The biggest issue is safety. My car was stolen while I lived here, and I wasn’t the only victim. There were frequent incidents involving residents’ vehicles being broken into or stolen. I never felt safe living here, and management and staff showed very little concern when these incidents happened. La vista crossing , is a great place to live . A lot a good memories we had . New management is great , manager and assistant they are so professional . definitely recommend to live in there Great communication and of course price is good . Pool and gym they gives that extra confort .
I just tried to come for a tour I watched someone walk straight through the door (he could of worked there) I was just trying to ask a few questions and was shooed away from the outside with no explanation after I sat outside for 20 mins no longer interested just after that interaction needs better communication Thanks!
1/18/26 -Update The community is nice, quiet and offers a safe vibe in my experience. Along with surrounding delicious restaurants and stores. Unfortunately there are roaches and that’s an undeniable uncomfortable fact. And it’s sucks I did not see the signs sooner. There are several entry points, cracks and holes where they get in. I made an appointment to come and see this apartment complex and when we arrived there’s no one here. Not only that, a resident came here to take care of some business and says that every time they come they’re never here. This is so unprofessional and such a bad first impression.
