I wish they had an "zero star option" I made an appointment over the phone asking for a trim and a silk press. I get there, sign in also stating I want a silk press and a trim, and they did not trim my hair and the silk press was horrible!! They told me the reason why the silk press didn't come out correctly it was because I hadn't gotten my hair trimmed...
