Trinity did haircut for my long hairs with soft amazing layers. She is very detailed person towards her work. She is very kind. I really appreciate her.
Today I planned on testing the waters by trying a new salon and stylist. I booked a fairly basic treatment but I received far more than what I had ever expected. I wrote my honest feedback yesterday for Lavish Salon and I feel completely gaslighted by the experience. Their response suggested I made up a story when I did not. I was upset and simply shared what happened at my appointment. Any girl would feel the same way if they weren't happy with a service. Regardless of how much time was spent at the salon. I was excited to try a new salon but Vanessa didn't listen to what I had asked for unfortunately. I only wanted a mild change to my original hair. She thinned out the ends too much so we had to thin the rest of it to match. She offered to correct it after but it was too late. Now I'll have to wait 6 months for my hair to grow back. They also never offered a complimentary gift bag to me, yet they did give this to other customers.
